Realize before lies.

Determining who your "true" friends are is a very difficult task. Some people like to believe that everyone is or wants to be friends with them. Some people believe that no one cares about them and that they don't have a friend. Both somes need to realize that in life yes, people are going to hate you. Look at Jesus a man worthy of all friendships and look at how many people hate him. But both somes also need to realize that they are loved, that they need to put the fear of happiness aside and just be happy. The hard part is knowing who is "truly"(yes there is a difference) your friend and who isn't. Some never find out. But with a true friend comes trust, love, kindness, and just a genuine person. The worst part is when you think someone is your friend, and the relationship ends with you pulling the knife out of your back all on your own.  I think it all comes down to who is there for you when you need them. No, I am not talking a gossip buddy, but some who is there for you when you hit rock bottom. The person that tells you how it is. Because sometimes the only thing we need is someone to tell us "Hey. This sucks, and things may not be okay. And it may continue to suck, but I am going to hold your hand through all of the suckyness." Not one that lies and says everything is going to be okay, but one who tells the truth. Thats when you have found a true friend. So guard them with your life and never let them go.

To "true" friendships.
